The von Netzer Ranch is easy to find. From Fredericksburg, the most popular destination point en route to the ranch, follow these directions:
Follow Hwy 290 east out of Fredericksburg for about 6 miles. Then turn south on FM Road 1376 at that point. A Shell service station complex and a KOA Campground are located on either side of FM 1376 at this turnoff. Proceed about 6 more miles on FM Road 1376, going past Luckenbach in the process, before turning left (east) onto FM Road 1888. Continue down FM Road 1888 for about 1.5 miles and the well-marked ranch entrance will be located on the north side of the road. The ranch headquarters will be visible from the road and ranch entrance.
